Tickets
What do I do if I can’t find the confirmation about my tickets?
Send the name and e-mail address of the ticket buyer to [email protected] and I will ensure that your ticket is sent to you as soon as possible!
I am not sure if my pre-registration was successful
Your pre-registration has been done correctly if you see the “thank you” screen. If you are still unable to reach the thank you page, please send an email to [email protected] and I will make sure that you’re added to the pre-register
Unfortunately I no longer can attend Frits, where can I sell my tickets?
What a bummer! You could try selling your tickets on Ticketswap.nl.
The Frits event I wanted to attend is sold out
That’s a shame! Have you checked Ticketswap.nl already? If no one is selling their tickets online, I advise you to sign up for the mailing of your city so that you are always the first to know about new events. See you soon!
I bought a ticket through ticket swap but I am doubtful it’s genuine

I bought a ticket with Ticketswap and it didn't work
After an event Ticketswap asks if your tickets have worked. If this is not the case, both the buyer and seller must fill in a form. Not entirely sure of the situation? Send an email to [email protected] and I’ll look into it for you.
